Join us on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00pm at Wakeman Hall in Waterville as Larry Nelson, Ph.D., presents Ohio in the American Revolutionary War.

The Old Northwest, the region that would later become Ohio, played an important role in the American Revolution.

As part of the nation’s 250th anniversary observance of the conflict, Dr. Nelson will look at the war as it played out throughout the Ohio Valley and discuss the war’s consequences for the newly founded United States.
